blinc's lash primer will not only enhance your lashes, it will also condition, treat and protect your lashes from envirnomental stressors. It is enriched with Vitamin E and Vitamin B5 and contains anti-inflammatory and healing agents. It is dye-free and contains no perfumes or fragrances.
